Pleased to announce the release of Sophia v1.2, which can now be installed via your Home Assistant device. This upgrade contains many changes:
- Three new settings are available via Settings menu of Sophia web interface allowing you to load friendly names, define default behavior of "should expose" setting, and enable / disable clarifications.
- Clarifications are by default disabled until upcoming v2.2 upgrade which will greatly enhance them.
- Fixed bug that was causing panic when sending message to a LLM.
- Modified test suite to also double as sandbox environment that allows easy emulation of varying configs. See https://git.cicero.sh/aquila/ha-voice-test-suite/
- Added new highly ambiguous test suite with intention of breaking Sophia as much as possible, with review still in progress.
- Sensors are now included along with climate devices when asking temperature related queries.
- Including a person's name within an area name no longer messes up intent recognition.
- Improved understanding and other minor modifications.
If you are a trial member and have enjoyed your experience with Sophia thus far, please consider supporting the project by upgrading to a lifetime license.
