I am looking for the ability to install Sophia on an alternate piece of hardware from my HA install (another RPi 4).
I wasn't able to find any documentation covering this use case - is it supported? If not, is it on the roadmap?

Yep, you can easily install Sophia anywhere you wish. Full Docker installation instructions are at:
https://nlu.to/ha/docs/manual_install
Simply login to the account portal, download the .zip file, and the readme within it will be the same as the above linked documentation. It will step you through everything.
